It’s NOT A DIET

The program is called “FUELING” fat loss because it’s not about dieting or restriction. It’s about learning how to use nutrition to fuel your body so you can lose body fat while maintaining lean mass and metabolism.

  • Instead of a “diet”, think “lifestyle”

The principles of the program are based on science. In order to lose body fat, you must be in a caloric deficit, but this program is not about counting calories. Instead, using a guided meal plan for the first three weeks, I’ll teach you about appropriate food combinations and portion sizes to give you the nutrition you need for energy, performance, metabolism, and fat loss. I’ve refined this meal plan over the last few years with close to 10 different groups.

The second half of the program is a three-week guided transition phase in which I will coach you through adapting the meal plan to your real life food scenarios. Whether you’re traveling, training, competing, resting, injured, recovering, or whatever…you’ll learn how to adjust your food intake accordingly. During this process, you will become more in tune to your hunger signals and energy needs and learn how to make adjustments based on your day and activity level.

After the six weeks, you will come out with the awareness and tools you need to make mindful and informed choices every day.
